This offering is for individuals moving through personal, spiritual, or identity transitions—especially those who need support outside of traditional mental health frameworks.
As a spiritual doula and founding member of the Spiral Web Collective, I provide space for reflection, healing, and integration. This work is grounded in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ affirming approach, with a strong commitment to anti-oppressive and social justice values. I bring experience supporting those who are navigating expanded states of consciousness, ritual or spiritual practices, or non-traditional paths of healing and self-discovery.
Sessions may include:
Integration support following sacred or altered state experiences Breathwork
Somatic practices
Guided meditation
Energy work
Sound healing
Support for meaning-making and identity development

This is not psychotherapy, but it is therapeutic. It is also not faith-based, though it is open to the many ways people experience connection, and healing. This work is for people who haven’t felt fully seen or supported by conventional mental health or spiritual spaces—especially queer, neurodivergent, and historically marginalized folx.
Fees: This work is offered on a donation or barter basis.
